I affirm that I am the owner of the animal named in the booking process and am authorized to enter into a contract for the performance of the services of Filu GmbH.

Cancellation Terms for General Appointments

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.

Cancellation Terms and Deposit Agreement for Surgeries/Dental Surgeries

A (dental) surgery requires a disproportionate amount of resources and time. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
