## Cancellation Terms
### Treatment Agreement
I affirm that I am the owner of the animal named in the booking process and am authorized to enter into a contract for the performance of the services of Filu GmbH.

### Cancellation Terms for General Appointments
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.

## Cancellation Terms and Deposit Agreement for Surgeries/Dental Surgeries
A (dental) surgery requires a disproportionate amount of resources and time. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
